Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. 

How long will it take to get my order?

Most items will ship within a week of ordering unless otherwise stated in the product description. Some made-to-order items will have a longer lead time which will be specified on the product page.

Can I return my product?

As a small business of handmade and made-to-order items, we are unable to accept returns/offer refunds. We are happy to exchange items for a different size if needed, extra shipping costs will apply. Please read the product descriptions carefully and if you have any questions or need help with sizing before buying, please email info@hellbentleather.com, we are happy to assist.

Can I get my product personalized?

We can usually accommodate custom sizing of any of our products in the shop, just shoot us an email at info@hellbentleather.com if you don't see your size. If you're interested in a custom leather piece, please go through the Custom inquiry page.
